摘要
低能耗、高能效是我国制造业向高端转型的必然趋势。在机械加工过程中,通过引进先进技术、优化工艺参数、改良加工流程等一系列措施,能够达到节能减排、绿色高效的效果。本文首先结合机械加工系统的结构组成,分析了能耗特点;随后从确定优化变量、构建优化模型、使用APSO算法对优化模型进行求解等方面,简要概述了工艺参数节能优化的实施方法;最后基于铣削加工实例,运用Matlab软件进行寻优迭代,经过算法收敛后求出铣削加工的节能优化参数,为进一步降低铣削加工的能耗提供了一定的参考。
Low energy consumption, high energy efficiency is the inevitable trend of China’s manufacturing industry to high-end transformation. In the process of machining, a series of measures such as introducing advanced technology, optimizing process parameters and improving processing flow can achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction, green and efficient. In this paper, the characteristics of energy consumption are analyzed based on the structure of machining system. Then, the implementation method of energy saving optimization of process parameters is briefly summarized from the aspects of determining optimization variables, constructing optimization model, and solving the optimization model with APSO algorithm. Finally, based on the example of milling, Matlab software was used to search for optimization iteration, and the energy-saving optimization parameters of milling were obtained after the algorithm convergence, which provided a certain reference for further reducing the energy consumption of milling.
