摘要
在某型射频模块科研生产中,由于原理复杂,故障种类多、现象表现多,从故障现象难以判断问题部位,为科研生产效率提升带来很大困难。为了快速定位和解决问题,需要对原理图进行抽象流程重构,根据以信号为中心重构的信号流程图,形成了测试用例,构建了推理机制。本文方法为科研生产中产线维修人员开展维修,而不必了解复杂的射频原理提供了一种可行方法,为类似的大规模射频电路故障排除提供了参考。
During the research and production in RF modules, because of the complex of design, more kinds of failures and presentation, it is hard to give an accurate judgments. It brings great difficulties to the efficiency improvement of research and production. Abstract process refactoring of schematic diagrams is needed to quickly locate and solve problems.According to the signal-centered flow chart, test cases are formed and reasoning mechanism is constructed. The method provides a feasible method for maintenance personnel to carry out their work without knowing the complex RF theory, and provides a reference for similar large-scale RF circuit.
