摘要
本文重点研究车铣加工中心工作台组件结构分析,结合实现其工件在360°范围内分度旋转或任意分度定位及对结构复杂的零件进行加工的功能[1],并侧重现在工作台组件在车铣加工中心中起到的作用,对工作台组件的功能原理、使用性能及外形结构进行全面剖析,确定其相应的传动方案,并对其内的关键零件的机械结构进行设计[2]。最后利用软件UG,对工作台组件中各关键零件的重要结构进行建模,进一步明确其功能结构,完成工作台组件的功能设计,研究工作台齿圈变形对工作台组件分度功能的影响。
This paper focuses on the structural analysis of the worktable assembly of the turn milling machining center, combined with the function of realizing the indexing rotation or arbitrary indexing positioning of the workpiece within 360° and processing the parts with complex structure[1], focuses on the role of the worktable assembly in the turn milling machining center, and comprehensively analyzes the functional principle, service performance and shape structure of the worktable assembly, Determine the corresponding transmission scheme, and design the mechanical structure of the key parts[2]. Finally, the software UG is used to model the important structure of key parts in the workbench assembly,further clarify its functional structure, complete the functional design of the workbench assembly, and study the influence of the deformation of the workbench ring gear on the indexing function of the workbench assembly.
