摘要
为了研究贝雷支架组合的设计与稳定性,本文以某小半径曲线现浇箱梁桥为背景,进行支架设计,采用数值模拟软件对小半径曲线箱梁贝雷支架进行建模计算并进行了构件验算及稳定性分析。计算结果表明:钢管桩+贝雷梁+碗扣支架的分配梁、贝雷片、纵梁、横梁、立柱及支架整体计算结果均在规范容许范围内,支架的整体稳定系数均大于4,说明该钢管桩+贝雷梁+碗扣支架具有良好的稳定性,由于该地区风荷载较大且该工程支架高度较高,应尽量避开大风季节进行施工,可为类似工程的设计与施工提供参考。
In order to study the design and stability of Bailey support combination, taking a small radius curve castin-place box girder bridge as the background, this paper carries out the support design, uses the numerical simulation software to model and calculate the Bailey support of small radius curve box girder, and carries out the component checking calculation and stability analysis. The calculation results show that the overall calculation results of the distribution beam, Bailey sheet, longitudinal beam, cross beam, column and support of steel pipe pile + Bailey beam +bowl buckle support are within the allowable range of the specification, and the overall stability coefficient of the support is greater than 4, indicating that the steel pipe pile + Bailey beam + bowl buckle support has good stability. Due to the large wind load in this area and the high support height of the project, The construction shall avoid the strong wind season as far as possible, which can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
