摘要
冰模板法通过调控冰晶形貌可制备可控的具有复杂结构的三维多孔陶瓷。近十几年来受到国内外研究学者关注并迅速发展,被广泛应用于结构材料、生物材料及过滤材料等领域。本文简单介绍了该方法的工作原理,分析冰模板形成机理,并详细讨论了调控冰模板形貌的影响因素,最后指出了冰模板法的未来研究方向。
Ice-templating produces controllable three-dimensional porous ceramics with complex structure by adjusting the morphology of ice crystals. In recent ten years, it has attracted the attention of domestic and foreign researchers and developed rapidly. It is widely used in the fields of structural materials, biomaterials and filter materials. This paper briefly introduces the working principle of this method, analyzes the formation mechanism of ice template, discusses the influencing factors of regulating the morphology of ice template in detail, and finally points out the future research direction of Ice-templating.
