摘要
目的:探索正念自我同情训练对精神科护士职业倦怠的影响。方法:将101名精神科护士随机分为正念自我同情(MSC)训练组与对照组。训练组(50人)进行为期8周(每周2.5 h)的正念自我同情训练,对照组(51人)在研究期不接受干预。在基线、8周训练结束后、3个月后3个访视点对两组使用自我同情问卷中文版(SCS),职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)进行评估。结果:训练组在训练8周后及3个月后的SCS得分均高于基线,MBI-G总分及各分量表得分低于基线(P<0.01),对照组SCS、MBI-G得分在3个访视点差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),重复测量方差分析结果显示两组护士的SCS、MBI-GS得分组间比较(F=72.621、7.344,P<0.01),时间主效应(F=135.946、10.987,P<0.05),交互作用(F=137.837、12.856,P<0.01)均有统计学意义。结论:对精神科护士实施正念自我同情训练可以提高精神科护理人员的自我同情水平,改善职业倦怠。
Objective:To explore the effect of mindfulness self-compassion(MSC)training on job burnout of psychiatric nurses.Methods:A total of 101 psychiatric nurses were randomly divided into MSC training group and waiting control group.The training group(50 cases)received MSC training for 8 weeks(2.5 h per week),while the control group(51 cases)received no intervention during the study period.The two groups were assessed using the Chinese version of the Self-Compassion Scale(SCS)and the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS)at baseline,after 8 weeks of training,and after 3 months of training.Results:After 8 weeks and 3 months of training,the SCS score of the training group was higher than the baseline score;the MBI-G total score and each subscale score were lower than the baseline score(P<0.01);there was no significant difference in the control group in the three visit points(P>0.05).Repeated measurement ANOVA results showed that there were statistically significant difference in SCS,MBI-GS scores of the two groups,inter-group comparison(F=72.621,7.344,P<0.01),time main effect(F=135.946,10.987,P<0.05),interaction(F=137.837,12.856,P<0.01).Conclusions:Implementing MSC training for psychiatric nurses can improve their self-compassion and job burnout.
