坚定文化自信,是事关国运兴衰、文化安全、民族精神独立性的重特大问题,也是建设社会主义文化强国必须回答的新时代课题。以科举为代表的考试制度是国家抡才大典,其投牒自进、明经取士、为国求贤的传统考试文化,积淀着中华民族最深层的考试精神追求,代表着中华民族最独特的考试理念标识,是坚定文化自信的重要组成部分。在科学界定科举制度、科举文化、科举文化遗产等核心概念基础上,系统论述科举文化遗产的内涵和外延,分析科举文化的正能量与负效应,凝练科举文化的现代价值,提出建构新型考试文化体系、夯实考试学科文化基础、创新考试内容和形式、坚定中国特色考试道路等观点。

Bolstering cultural self-confidence is a major issue related to the prosperity and development of the country,its cultural security,and national spiritual independence.It is also a question of the new era that requires answers in building a strong socialist culture in the country.The national examination system represented by the Keju system,called“Great Ceremony for Selecting National Talents”.In the Keju system,its“posting ID card registration,obtaining scholars from Ming Jing,and seeking talents through examinations for the country”reflects the deepest spiritual pursuit of the Chinese national examination and the unique examination concept of the Chinese nation,which composes an essential part for strengthening the cultural self-confidence of the Chinese people.Based on defining the core concepts of the Keju system,Keju culture,and Keju cultural heritage,the paper provides a systematic discussion of the connotation and extension of the Keju cultural heritage and accurately analyzes its positive and negative effects.By summarising the four modern values of the Keju culture,the authors suggest constructing a new examination culture system,consolidating the cultural foundation of examinations discipline,innovating examination contents and forms,and remaining firmly in the path of examination with Chinese characteristics.
