摘要
本研究采用粉末样品压片制样,利用波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪,建立了X射线荧光光谱法测定土壤样品中的K、Ca、Mg、Fe、S、Mn、P、Zn、Cu、Cl等10种营养元素的方法。同时,选用30个以上不同元素质量分数的土壤和沉积物有证标准物质绘制曲线,相关系数均在0.999以上。氧化物方法检出限为0.01%,其他营养元素为0.8~4.4 mg/kg。其间选取不同浓度范围的、具有代表性的6种土壤和沉积物有证标准物质进行方法精密度和正确度评估,结果表明,相对标准偏差介于0.1%~2.4%,ΔlgC(GBW)介于0.00~0.06。本方法数据稳定,重现性好,准确度高。
In this study,powder samples are used to prepare samples,and wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometers are used to establish a method based on X-ray fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of 10 nutrient elements(K,Ca,Mg,Fe,S,Mn,P,Zn,Cu,Cl,etc.)in soil samples.At the same time,more than 30 soil and sediment certified reference materials with different element mass fractions are used to draw the curve,the correlation coefficients are all above 0.999.The detection limit of the oxide method is 0.01%,and the other nutrient elements are 0.8~4.4 mg/kg.In the meantime,six representative soil and sediment certified reference materials with different concentration ranges are selected to evaluate the precision and accuracy of the method,the results show that the relative standard deviation is between 0.1%and 2.4%,andΔlgC(GBW)is between 0.00 and 0.06.This method has stable data,good reproducibility and high accuracy.
