摘要
某水库管理处办公楼区域出现滑坡迹象,其位于大坝东南部直线距离约400 m处的库区左岸斜坡地带。在进坝公路及水库管理处办公楼的建设过程中,对区内斜坡进行了大量的开挖、回填,形成多级高陡边坡地形,局部地段形成滑坡并进行了支护。2018年6月6日,在连续强降雨及水库水位抬升的作用下,管理处办公楼墙体、地面出现开裂,管理处办公楼后缘混凝土挡墙断裂,进坝公路及围墙发生开裂,管理处办公楼前缘院坝及部分进坝公路出现鼓胀变形破坏,产生滑坡地质灾害。这不仅严重影响水库管理处的正常运行,也威胁进坝公路过往行人与车辆的安全。因此,有必要分析降雨对边坡稳定性的影响,以采取有效的控制措施。
A landslide appeared in the office building area of a reservoir management office,which was located on the slope of the left bank of the reservoir area at a straight line distance of about 400 m from the southeast of the dam.During the construction of the dam access road and the office building of the reservoir management office,a large number of excavation and backfilling were carried out on the slopes in the area to form a multi-level high-steep slope topography,and local sections formed landslides and were supported.On June 6,2018,under the effect of continuous heavy rainfall and the rising of the reservoir water level,the walls and ground of the management office building cracked,and the concrete retaining wall at the rear edge of the office building of the management office broke,and the dam access road and wall cracked,the front yard dam of the office building of the management office and part of the road into the dam suffered bulging deformation and damage,resulting in landslide geological disasters.This not only seriously affects the normal operation of the reservoir management office,but also threatens the safety of pedestrians and vehicles passing by on the road into the dam.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the impact of rainfall on slope stability to take effective control measures.
