餐厨垃圾预处理与生活垃圾焚烧的协同处理是目前国内先进的处理工艺路线,能够使餐厨垃圾得到有效减量化处理和资源化利用,餐厨垃圾处理项目产生的废水、废气、废渣和油脂均得到妥善处理,项目运营能力也因此得到明显提高。因此,本文对比分析了餐厨垃圾处理的主要技术,阐述了餐厨垃圾与生活垃圾协同处理的技术优势。

The co-processing of food waste pretreatment and domestic waste incineration is the current domestic advanced treatment process,which can effectively reduce the amount of food waste and use it as resources,and the waste water,waste gas,waste residue and grease generated by the restaurant kitchen waste treatment project have been properly treated,and the project’s operational capacity has been significantly improved as a result.Therefore,this paper compares and analyzes the main technology of food waste treatment,and expounds the technical advantages of the co-processing of food waste and domestic waste.
