摘要
文章首先阐述“隐形冠军”的内涵及其发展对江苏的重要意义;接着指出江苏“隐形冠军”企业发展历程、现状以及存在的如产业基础相对薄弱、企业研发能力有限,政策存在瑕疵,需要完善提高其效能等制约因素和问题;最后提出加强江苏产业链梳理和完善,在解决卡脖子技术上下功夫和进一步完善政策,改善江苏企业营商环境等对策建议。
This article first elaborates the connotation of“the hidden champions”and the importance of its development to Jiangsu.Then it points out the development history and current situation of hidden champions in Jiangsu,and the existing constraints and problems such as relatively weak industrial foundation,limited R&D capabilities of enterprises,flaws in policies,and the need to improve and improve its effectiveness,etc.Finally,the article proposes to strengthen the sorting and improvement of Jiangsu's industrial chain,work hard to solve the stuck neck technology,further improve the policy,and improve the business environment of Jiangsu enterprises and other countermeasures.
