新时代长沙会展旅游发展探析及对策建议

Analysis and countermeasures on the development of MICE tourism in Changsha in the new era

文章以新时代长沙会展旅游业作为研究对象,旨在探析长沙会展旅游业发展的动力情况及其存在的问题,并根据实际情况提出针对性对策建议。通过文献整理、内容分析等定性方法进行了深入研究,最终归纳总结出了发展问题:市场化程度不够,体制机制有待完善;会展设施更迭转型,配套设施还需跟进;信息平台建设不够,信息服务水平较低;会展旅游专业人才紧缺,储备人才匮乏;会展旅游产业协调不够,接待服务水平有待提升,并由此提出了相关对策建议。

Taking Changsha MICE tourism as the research object in the new era,this paper aims to explore the driving force and existing problems of Changsha MICE tourism development,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual situation.Through literature sorting,content analysis and other qualitative methods,this paper has carried out in-depth research,and finally summed up the development problems:the degree of marketization is not enough,the system and mechanism need to be improved;exhibition facilities change and transformation,supporting facilities need to be followed up;information platform construction is not enough,lacking of talent reserves;exhibition tourism professionals are in short supply,industry information statistics research is lack;the coordination of MICE industry is not enough,and the reception service level needs to be improved,and thus puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
