浅析部门财政资金绩效自评价体系

Research on the self-evaluation system of departmental financial fund performance

部门财政资金自评价作为我国目前绩效评价的重要形式之一,已经在各级政府部门中广泛开展,并形成了一套预算部门的绩效自评价体系。文章在总结财政资金部门自评价工作情况的基础上,研究分析预算部门绩效自评价工作面临的困难和存在的问题,提出具有可行性的意见和建议,旨在为预算部门绩效自评价工作提供新的思路,为进一步做好自评价工作提供新的依据和参考,进一步提升预算绩效管理水平。

As one of the important forms of performance evaluation in China,departmental financial fund self-evaluation has been widely carried out in government departments at all levels,and a set of performance self-evaluation system of budget departments has been formed.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the self-evaluation work of the financial and capital departments,this paper studies and analyzes the difficulties and existing problems faced by the performance self-evaluation work of the budget department,and puts forward feasible opinions and suggestions,in order to provide new ideas for the performance self-evaluation work of the budget department and provide new basis and reference for further self-evaluation work,further improve the level of budget performance management.
