经济金融化研究综述

A review of economic financialization

经济金融化如今已成为世界各国发展的一个普遍现象。在传统理论中,金融化能够促进经济发展已被许多文献证明,然而,近年来,尤其是2008年金融危机后,学界开始意识到过度金融化很可能会阻碍经济的发展,甚至引发经济危机。我国自20世纪90年代开启了金融化的进程,实体企业近年来金融化程度不断加深。在此背景下,经济金融化引发了学界的广泛探讨。文章以国内外的相关研究为基础,对经济金融化的内涵与表现、度量指标、影响等方面的内容进行了概括和总结,并据此提出经济金融化的启示与对策。

Economic financialization has become a universal phenomenon in the development of all countries in the world.In traditional theories,it has been proved by many literatures that financialization can promote economic development.However,in recent years,especially after the 2008 financial crisis,the academic circle has begun to realize that excessive financialization of economy may hinder economic development or even cause economic crisis.China has started the process of financialization since the 1990s,and the financial degree of entity enterprises has been deepening in recent years.In this context,economic financialization has triggered a wide range of academic discussions.Based on the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the connotation,performance,measurement index and influence of economic financialization,and puts forward the enlightenment and countermeasures of economic financialization.
