中国特色社会主义已经进入新时代,并指出要在全社会弘扬工匠精神,将新时代工匠精神融入医院精神文明建设是契合时代需要。培养医务人员新时代工匠精神,医院通过加强医德医风建设、开展医务人员诚信教育、开展学雷锋志愿服务活动、线上线下举办人文相关学术讲座、树立典型、重视医院领导队伍建设、开展专题党课、团结一致抗击疫情、开展帮扶共建活动、设立医院生命健康叙事分享中心、开展互联网诊疗活动等路径,完善医院精神文明建设。医疗方面,维护医患之间友好关系;教学方面,促进叙事医学与叙事护理发展;科研方面,遏制学术不端行为,倡导科研诚信;预防保健方面,面对突发公共卫生事件,医务人员能全力守护人民群众的生命安全和身体健康。
