新形势下公立医院共青团工作模式创新实践和思考

The practice of and thinking on the innovation of the working mode of the communist youth league in public hospitals under the new situation

围绕医院根据医院青年工作的特点和现状,采用新方式方法凝聚青年和做好青年工作的路径,提出了加强公立医院共青团工作的思路。应通过明确团建工作定位,加强团员青年理论学习、创新组织管理模式,加强团支部指导和考核、积极动员青年,组织青年在疫情防控工作中作贡献、重视青年文化建设,打造青年文化品牌、鼓励青年岗位建功,开展青年培养工程、开展志愿服务,加强心理疏导等工作模式,促进共青团工作出实效。

Based on the characteristics and current situation of youth work in hospitals,this paper adopts new ways and methods to condense youth and do a good job in youth work,and puts forward the idea of strengthening the work of the Communist Youth League in public hospitals.We should clarify the orientation of league construction,strengthen the theoretical study of League members and youth,and reflect the political characteristics of the Communist Youth League;innovate the organization and management mode,strengthen the guidance and assessment of the League branch,and reflect the openness of the Communist Youth League;actively mobilize youth,organize youth to contribute to epidemic prevention and control,and let youth shine in the"war epidemic";pay attention to the construction of youth culture,build a youth culture brand,and reflect the practicality of the Communist Youth League and the characteristics of Zhuang Medical Hospital;encouraging young people to work in their posts and carry out youth training projects to reflect the advanced nature of the Communist Youth League;carry out voluntary service,strengthen psychological counseling,and cultivate the spirit of dedication and help among young people.
