我国医院绩效管理研究热点分析

An analysis of research hotspots on performance management based on bibliometrics in China

目的 分析我国医院绩效管理的研究热点,为医院管理者和研究者提供借鉴和参考。方法 采用书目共现分析系统2. 0(BICOMB2. 0)和SPSS22. 0软件对中国知网(CNKI)中检索到的绩效管理相关文献进行文献计量学分析。结果 根据检索策略,共检出文献2 896条,按照文献纳入及排除标准进行筛选,得到有效文献1 724条。根据聚类树图,可总结出近2年我国绩效管理研究的热点分别为:绩效管理与成本控制协同管理对策、绩效管理在医院人力资源管理中的应用、平衡计分卡在医院绩效管理中的应用、基于RBRVS和DRGs的绩效评价指标体系、基于三级公立医院绩效考核的病案首页质控等5个方面。结论 在分析研究热点方面,文献计量学方法是有效可行的。

Objective To explore research hotspots on performance management in order to provide reference for hospital managers and researchers.Methods BICOMB2.0 and SPSS22.0 were used to analyze research hotspots of performance management for literature retrieved in CNKI.Results 2896 references were retrieved according to retrieval strategies and 1724 references were valid according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Five research hotspots on performance management were as follows based on clustering tree diagram:collaboration management of performance management and cost control,performance management in human resource management,balanced score card in performance management,performance evaluation index system based on RBRVS and DRGs,quality control of the first page of medical records based on performance appraisal of tertiary public hospitals.Conclusion Bibliometrics is effective and feasible in analyzing research hotspots.
