刘丽芳教授从“肝主筋”理论治疗乳腺管痉挛经验

Clinical experience of Professor LIU Lifang in treating breast duct spasm from the “theory of the liver governs tendons”

乳腺管痉挛是指哺乳期妇女的乳腺导管出现痉挛疼痛、狭窄不通的表现,部分还伴有乳房的雷诺氏现象。目前该病的临床发病率逐步上升,而中西医对此病报道均较少。刘丽芳教授从肝主筋理论出发,认为营卫不调、肝风内动为其发病根本,肝胃不和、不通则痛为其基本病机,治疗多从肝胃论治,内外兼治,标本兼顾,并善于运用推拿按摩等中医特色治疗方法,每多奏效。附以验案两则,以飨同道。

Breast duct spasm refers to the symptoms of spasm,pain,and obstructive stenosis of the breast ducts of breast-feeding women,some of which are also accompanied by Raynaud’s phenomenon of the breast.At present,the clinical incidence of the desease is gradually increasing,and there are few reports on the disease in TCM and Western medicine.Based on the theory of the liver governs tendons,Professor LIU Lifang believes that health system maladjustment and liver-wind internal movement are the root causes of the disease,and that the liver and stomach discordant,and pain caused by obstruction are the basic pathogenesis.The treatment was mostly from the liver and stomach,both principal aspect and secondary aspects of the disease were paid attention,and the characteristic treatment methods of TCM such as massage were applied expertly in clinic,which was effective most of the time.2 empirical cases was reported in the paper for more reference.
