摘要
探讨了利用喷气织机生产毛腈接结双层织物的生产要点。通过"下接上"接结法,设计出接结双层组织的纹样,通过织造工艺的一系列技术优化措施,织机效率由54%提高到89%,保证了织造的顺利进行,开发出了布面质量较好的棉毛腈接结双层产品。
The key points of producing wool and acrylic blended double-layer fabric by air-jet loom were discussed.Through the method of connecting from bottom to top,the pattern of double-layer structure was designed.Through a series of technical optimization measures of weaving process,the loom efficiency was increased from 54% to 89%,which ensured the smooth progress of weaving.The wool and acrylic blended double-layer products with better fabric surface quality were developed.
