感光变色T恤图案设计与产品开发

Pattern Design and Product Development of Photosensitive Color Changing T-shirt

研究感光变色涂料在不同针织面料上的变色效果,以及与普通颜料的互配变色效果。结果表明,显色效果从高到底依次为:棉麻、纯棉、涤棉、纯涤,变色褪色速度较为适中的是纯棉和涤棉面料;感光变色涂料与普通颜料之间按一定比例可以实现互配。采用印花工艺和感光变色技术,开发了三个系列T恤感光变色图案与产品,满足了消费者对T恤个性化的需求,提升了T恤的市场竞争力。

The color changing effect of photosensitive color changing coatings on different knitted fabrics and the color changing effect of their compatibility with common pigments were studied.The results showed that the order of color rendering effect from high to low was:cotton hemp,pure cotton,polyester cotton and pure polyester.The pure cotton and polyester cotton fabrics had moderate discoloration and fading speed.The photosensitive color changing coating and ordinary pigment could be compatible according to a certain proportion.By using printing technology and photosensitive discoloration technology,three series of photosensitive discoloration patterns and products of T-shirts were developed,so as to meet the personalized needs of consumers and enhance the market competitiveness of T-shirts.
