摘要
通过架桥机天车提升与松放吊挂对梁段的平面位置与高程进行粗调,在梁底支座的两侧纵向、横向分别设置精调锚固装置以及竖向支撑螺旋千斤顶,梁面设置倾角仪传感器系统来完成梁段的定位与锚固,使各梁段匹配整个过程工序简单化。研究表明,永久预应力张拉及松放吊挂匹配技术,能够合理确定预应力张拉时间、张拉力大小与松放吊挂时间的匹配,调整匹配梁段标高和轴线偏角,确保箱梁匹配节段与首节箱梁节段胶接的匹配精度,解决了箱梁节段胶接拼装架设过程周期长的技术问题;提高了梁体拼接匹配精度与线型质量以及接缝面剪力键与胶接组合工艺,实现各节段梁体之间的压力和剪力的传递,有效保证桥梁结构的抗力作用,确保梁体具备良好的防渗水性能。
Through the bridge locomotive lifting and loose hanging on the beam segment of the plane position and elevation of rough adjustment,in the beam base support on both sides of the vertical,horizontal set up fine anchoring device and vertical support spiral jack,beam surface set inclination sensor system to complete the positioning and anchoring of the beam segment,so that each beam segment matching the entire process of simplification.The research shows that the permanent pre-stress tension and loose hanging matching technology can reasonably determine the matching degree of pre-stress tension time,tension size and loose hanging time,adjust the matching beam segment elevation and axis angle,and ensure that the box beam matching section and the first box beam section The matching precision of segment bonding solves the technical problem of long assembly cycle in the process of box beam joint stitching and assembly,based on the angler sensor measurement matching method,improves the precision and line quality of beam splicing match,and the seam surface shear key and seam glue combination process.The pressure and shear transfer between the beams in each section can be realized,which can effectively guarantee the resistance of the bridge structure and ensure that the beams have good water impermeability.
