聚ε-己内酯多元醇的合成与表征 被引量:3

摘要 采用了对苯二酚二羟乙基醚(HQEE)作为反应的起始剂,与ε-己内酯按照设计的分子量合成聚己内酯二元醇,探讨了反应温度,反应时间和催化剂等因素对合成反应的影响,并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、羟值滴定对聚己内酯二醇进行了表征。结果表明,以有机铋为催化剂,且用量为ε-己内酯单体质量的0.1%,在温度为150℃的氮气氛围条件下保温反应5 h,最终所得到的聚己内酯二元醇的相对分子质量与理论值一致,且产物的分子量分散系数控制在1.3以下,获得了窄分子量分布的聚己内酯二醇。 Using the hydroquinone 2 hydroxyethyl ether as starting agent,and epsilon-caprolactone according to the design of the molecular weight synthesis of poly caprolactone glycol,probes into the reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst on the influence of synthetic reaction,using Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC),Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC)on poly caprolactone glycol have been characterized.The results showed that the catalyst for caprolactone monomer mole fraction of 0.1%,within the environment of 150℃ Nitrogen for 5 h,the preparation of poly caprolactone glycol for ideal poly caprolactone glycol,relative molecular mass was consistent with the design value,and the molecular weight of the reaction products can be dispersed coefficient control in 1.3 the following,won a narrow molecular weight distribution of poly caprolactone glycol products.
