摘要
因B100存在粘度过大、发动机燃烧不完全、排放恶化等弊端,为改善发动机使用性能,通过对B100掺混甲醇/乙醇形成混合燃料改进其部分理化特性。通过研究B100、B95M5、B90M10、B95E5、B90E10的部分理化特性,结果表明:掺混醇类后的混合燃料运动粘度、低温流动性改善明显,密度出现小幅下降;燃料热值有所下降,但幅度很小;对金属腐蚀性没有变化,均属1a级别;但闪点和初始馏程出现大幅下降。
There are various disadvantages of B100 such as excessive viscosity,incomplete engine combustion and worsening emissions,In order to improve its engine performance,B100 was blended with methanol/ethanol to form a mixed fuel to improve some of its physical and chemical properties.By studying some of the physical and chemical properties of B100,B95M5,B90M10,B95E5,and B90E10,it was found that the kinematic viscosity of mixed fuel mixed with methanol/ethanol decreased significantly,the density decreased slightly,the calorific value of the fuel also decreased slightly,there was no change in the corrosiveness of metals,while the flash point and initial distillation range had dropped significantly.
