摘要
目的分析PDCA循环管理模式在提高门诊自动化药房补药效率中的应用效果。方法将2019年1~7月浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院门诊药房补药工作作为对照组,将2019年8月~2020年1月的门诊补药工作设为观察组。对照组实施常规加药模式,观察组实施PDCA循环管理模式。比较两组补药效率(总补药量,人工补药量,ProLog补药量,多包装补药量,多包装占比)以及自动发药机工作效率(患者直发率,患者等候时间)。结果观察组补药总量和人工补药量均下降,但多包装补药量增多,多包装药品占比提高。同时机器的患者直发率由76.1%上升到79.8%,5 min内取药比例从71.5%增加到85.9%,10 min内取药比例由89.1%上升到97.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过分析总结造成门诊自动化药房补药效率低的原因,应用PDCA循环管理,采取针对性的措施并不断持续改进,自动化药房的补药效率提高,药师的补药负担减轻,自动化发药机工作效率提高。
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle management model on the improvement of inputting efficiency of automated outpatient pharmacy.Methods The inputting work of outpatient pharmacy in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital,Medicine College of Zhejiang University from January to July 2019 was set as the control group,and data from August 2019 to January 2020 was set as the observation group.The control group implemented the routine mode,the observation group implemented the PDCA cycle management mode.The inputting efficiency of the two groups was compared by the amount of total inputting,manual inputting,automatic inputting by ProLog,multi-package inputting and multi-package proportion.Besides,the dispensing efficiency was compared by the number of tasks taken by machine and patient’s waiting time.Results The amount of total inputting medicines and artificially added medicines were both decreased in observation group,however the number of added multi-packages rose,and the proportion of multi-packaged medicines was increased.Meanwhile,the number of tasks taken by machine increased from 76.1%to 79.8%.The proportion of patient’s taking medicine within 5 minutes was increased from 71.5%to 85.9%,and was increased from 89.1%to 97.2%within 10 minutes,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By analyzing and summarizing the reasons for low efficiency of automated inputting machine,applying PDCA cycle method and taking targeted measures for continuous improvement,the inputting efficiency in automatic outpatient pharmacy has been significantly accelerated,the burden of pharmacists has been greatly relieved and the working efficiency of automatic dispensing machine has been greatly improved.
