我国药品安全风险交流现状研究

目的探讨我国药品风险交流的现状,促进药品风险交流工作的开展,为下一步制定药品安全风险交流工作指南提供依据。方法通过查阅文献,检索我国相关法律法规,浏览官方网站等方式,分析我国目前药品风险交流的主要方式与途径,揭示目前存在的问题并提出完善我国药品安全信息交流的建议。结果与结论我国的药品风险沟通制度尚不完善,缺乏与之相配套的法律、法规。建议制定我国药品风险交流指南性文件;积极开展主管部门与医疗机构之间的交流研究;建立药品安全信息交流咨询委员会;实行多种形式的风险信息发布等。

Objective Discuss the current situation of drug risk communication in China,promote the development work of drug risk communication,and provide a basis for the next step in formulating guidelines for drug safety risk communication.Methods By looking up the literature,search the relevant laws and regulations of our country,browse the official website,etc.,analyze the main ways and means of current drug risk communication in China,reveal the current problems and put forward suggestions for improving the drug safety information communication in China.Results and conclusions China’s drug risk communication system is still very imperfect and lacks supporting laws and regulations.It is recommended to formulate guidelines for drug risk communication in China;actively carry out communication and research between competent authorities and medical institutions;establish a drug safety information exchange advisory committee;implement various forms of risk information release,etc.
