双元性视角下全科医生服务承诺对患者隐性需求的影响机理研究

Research on the mechanism of the influence of general practitioners’service commitment on patients’implicit demands from the perspective of duality

全科医疗服务制度下挖掘患者隐性需求有助于提升医疗服务质量和患者满意度。从患者双元性视角出发,对全科医生服务承诺和患者隐性需求之间的影响机理进行深入探索,对心理契约在二者之间的效应进行分析,发现服务承诺能增强患者的交易型和关系型心理契约,进而对患者的结构和意识半隐性需求产生不同的影响。

Digging the hidden needs of patients under the general medical service system can help improve the quality of medical services and patient satisfaction.From the perspective of the duality of patients,the in-depth exploration of the mechanism of influence between the service commitment of general practitioners and the implicit needs of patients is carried out,and the effect of psychological contract between the two is analyzed.Through the analysis,service commitment can enhance patients’transactional and relational psychological contracts,and then have different effects on patients’structural and conscious semi-implicit needs.
