劳动人民反贫困内生动力的不足是阻碍反贫困事业取得最终胜利的关键。当前,反贫困事业最重要的任务是巩固脱贫攻坚成果,为实现乡村振兴打牢基础。人无精神不立,国无精神不兴。劳动精神以其丰富的内涵与劳动人民反贫困内生动力存在深刻的内在契合,劳动精神可促进干部作风建设、增强劳动人民自我发展的内生动力。用劳动精神激发劳动人民反贫困内生动力主要从强化基层党组织建设,引导基层干部思想转变;实施长效教育培训,促进人力资本丰富发展;消除贫困文化桎梏,塑造新文明乡风三个方面进行。
