摘要
在人口老龄化背景下,随着经济不断发展,我国的人口年龄结构以及劳动力结构逐渐发生变化,因此低龄老年人力资源开发十分必要。通过对当前我国低龄老年人的现状进行分析,发现目前低龄老年人力资源开发存在的问题,并提出相关的开发建议:一是摒弃传统观念,积极开发低龄老年人力资源;二是政府和相关机构搭建平台、为低龄老年人提供更多机会;三是调整产业结构,大力发展第三产业。
Under the background of aging population,with the continuous development of economy,the age structure and labor force structure of our country have gradually changed,so it is very necessary to develop human resources for the younger age.Through the analysis of the present situation of the young elderly in our country,it is found that the problems existing in the development of human resources for the young elderly can be found through the following ways:first,abandon the traditional concept and actively develop the human resources of the young elderly;second,the government and related institutions set up platforms to provide more opportunities for the younger elderly;third,adjust the industrial structure and vigorously develop the tertiary industry.
