基于量化技术支撑的城市低成本空间优化——以广州某“城中村”更新改造为例 被引量:1

Optimization of Urban Low-cost Space Based on Quantitative Technology: Taking the Renovation of a Urban Village in Guangzhou as an Example

摘要 低成本空间作为促进国内大循环的重要载体,对城市发展具有重要的意义。过去对低成本空间的认识不充分,更新改造多以拆除重建模式为主,导致改造后的空间丧失低成本优势。本文通过分析城市低成本空间形成的驱动因素和存在的问题,提出"四可两有"的低成本空间更新改造目标,构建以量化工具为核心以实现低成本改造的空间优化模式。以广州市某"城中村"为例,借助多源数据识别并盘活存量土地420公顷;利用无人机巡航监控,及时拆除违法建筑209万平方米;依托遥感图像反演识别黑臭水体、治理河涌污染,新增公共空间152公顷;基于时空圈模型测算、评价生活圈设施需求,新增民生设施287处,从而实现低成本空间的高效率、高品质提升。 In the post epidemic era, as an important carrier to promote the domestic circulation, low-cost space is a great significance to the urban development. In the past, the understanding of low-cost space was insufficient, and most of the renewal and reconstruction were based on demolition and reconstruction, resulting in the loss of lowcost advantage of the reconstructed space. By analyzing the driving forces and existing problems of urban low-cost space, this paper puts forward six objectives of low-cost space renewal and transformation, and constructs a space optimization model of lowcost renovation based on quantitative tools. Taking an urban village in Guangzhou as an example, this paper realizes the improvement of high efficiency and high quality of lowcost space from the following four aspects: identified and revitalized 420 hectares of stock land with the help of multi-source data;used UAV cruise monitoring to dismantle 2.09 million square meters of illegal buildings in time;identified black and smelly water based on remote sensing image inversion, and added 152 hectares of public space by controlling river pollution;established 287 new livelihood facilities according to the demand for living circle facilities calculated by the space-time circle model.
