护士预防职业性腰背痛行为量表的汉化及信度效度检验

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Nurses'Occupational Low Back Pain Prevention Behaviours Questionnaire

目的:汉化英文版护士预防职业性腰背痛行为量表,并对其进行信度和效度检验,旨在为我国护理人员预防职业性腰背痛行为的评估提供测量工具。方法:严格遵循量表引进原则,采用Brislin双人直译-回译的翻译模式对英文版护士预防职业性腰背痛行为量表进行直译和回译,采用专家咨询法进行跨文化调适,并通过对573名临床护士进行问卷调查,以检验中文版护士预防职业性腰背痛行为量表的信度、效度。结果:中文版护士预防职业性腰背痛行为量表包含知识、态度、自我效能、强化因素、促成因素、行为6个维度,共29个条目,量表的内容效度指数为0.833~1.000,总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.905。结论:中文版护士预防职业性腰背痛行为量表具有较高的信度和效度,可用于评估我国临床护士预防职业性腰背痛的行为。

Objective:To translate the English version of Nurses'Occupational Low Back Pain Prevention Behaviours Questionnaire into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity in Chinese nurses.Methods:Strictly following the principle of scale introduction,Brislin's two-person literal translation-back translation model was adopted to translate the English version of Nurses'Occupational Low Back Pain Prevention Behaviours Questionnaire.Expert consultation method was adopted to make cross-cultural adjustment to form the Chinese version of Nurses'Occupational Low Back Pain Prevention Behaviours Questionnaire.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 573 clinical nurses to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Nurses'Occupational Low Back Pain Prevention Behaviours Questionnaire.Results:The Chinese version of Nurses'Occupational Low Back Pain Prevention Behaviours Questionnaire included six dimensions,namely knowledge,attitude,self-efficacy,reinforcement factors,contributing factors and behavior,with a total of 29 items.The content validity index of the scale was from 0.833 to 1.000,and the total Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.905.Conclusion:The Chinese version of Nurses'Occupational Low Back Pain Prevention Behaviours Questionnaire has good reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate the occupational low back pain prevention behavior of clinical nurses in China.
