心脏病患者疾病进展恐惧的研究进展

Research progress on fear of disease progression in patients with heart disease

患者在心脏病发作后常伴随有不同程度的心理应激以及对疾病进展的恐惧,这些精神状态对心脏病患者的康复和预后可能产生不良影响。综述了疾病进展恐惧在心血管疾病中的研究现状,以期为临床医护人员制定心脏病患者康复方案及实施心理干预提供参考依据。

Patients with heart diseases are often experienced psychology stress and fear of disease progression at different degrees,which would affect the recovery and prognosis of patients.This paper reviews the fear of disease progression in patients with cardiovascular disease,in order to provide a reference for the clinical rehabilitation and implementation of active psychological intervention for patients with heart disease.
