新疆开都河山区水电梯级综合调度探讨

摘要 随着开都河山区河段水电梯级逐步建设投产,水电梯级随电力系统负荷变化频繁调峰运行,造成日内下泄流量不稳定,给下游灌区引水带来困难。为解决水调与电调之间运行不匹配的问题,提出末级小山口水电站承担发电反调节功能的调度运行方案,以协调"电调"与"水调"之间的运行矛盾,达到"电调服从水调,水调支持电调"的和谐局面。此方案对于指导开都河流域水电梯级科学运行具有重要的现实意义。 Hydropower cascades frequently adjust the peaks for operation with power system load changes after the gradual construction and operation of river section hydropower cascades in Kaidu River Mountainous Area,thereby leading to instable intra-day discharge.It is difficult to divert water to downstream irrigation areas.The scheduling operation scheme is proposed,namely the final stage Xiaoshankou Hydropower Station undertakes the function of power generation reverse regulation in order to solve the problem of operation mismatch between water regulation and electricity regulation,thereby coordinating the operation contradiction between"electricity regulation"and"water regulation",and achieving a harmonious situation of"electricity regulation obeys water regulation,and water regulation supports electricity regulation".The scheme has important practical significance for guiding scientific operation of hydropower cascade in Kaidu River Basin.
