隔姜灸联合穴位埋针治疗气滞血瘀型暴聋的临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Ginger Moxibustion Combined with Acupoint Needle-embedding Therapy on Sudden Deafness with Pattern of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis

目的观察隔姜灸联合穴位埋针治疗气滞血瘀型暴聋的临床疗效。方法以2018年1月至2019年12月收治于上海市宝山区中西医结合医院耳鼻喉咽科病房的气滞血瘀型暴聋患者为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组接受常规治疗护理,观察组在此基础上增加穴位隔姜灸及埋针干预,干预10 d后,比较两组患者的听力恢复情况、伴发症发生情况及睡眠质量改善情况。结果干预后,两组患者的听力阈值均有所减低,且观察组患者听力阈值降低程度优于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组30例失眠患者的睡眠质量改善率为87%,优于对照组26例失眠患者的54%(P=0.007)。治疗后,两组患者的耳鸣、耳闷、眩晕等伴发症均较之前有所改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论隔姜灸联合穴位埋针的中医护理技术有助于提高气滞血瘀型暴聋患者的听力,有利于改善耳聋、耳鸣、眩晕等伴发症状及患者睡眠质量,对促进患者疾病康复、缩短住院时间有积极作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ginger moxibustion combined with acupoint needleembedding therapy on patients with sudden deafness with pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,patients with sudden deafness with pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis admitted to the ENT Department of Shanghai Baoshan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were investigated.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The control group received routine care,while the observation group received ginger moxibustion combined with acupoint needle-embedding therapy on this basis.After 10 days of intervention,the hearing recovery,concomitnta symptom and sleep quality improvement were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the hearing threshold was reduced in both groups,while the degree of hearing threshold reduction in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.001).The improvement of sleep quality in the observation group(30 patients with insomnia)was 87%,which was superior to 54%in the control group(26 patients with insomnia)(P=0.007).After treatment,tinnitus,ear stuffiness and vertigo were improved in both groups,while the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginger moxibustion combined with acupoint needle-embedding therapy is a TCM technique effective in improving the hearing of patients with sudden deafness with pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis,relieving complications including deafness,tinnitus,vertigo and improving sleep quality,helping to promote patient rehabilitation and shorten their length of hospital stay.
