雾化吸入重组人干扰素α1b治疗小儿腺病毒肺炎的效果及对血清CRP、TNF-α水平的影响

摘要 目的分析雾化吸入重组人干扰素α1b治疗小儿腺病毒肺炎的效果及对血清CRP、TNF-α水平的影响。方法选取我院2020年1月至2020年12月收治的80例腺病毒肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照治疗方案将其分为常规组(40例,常规药物治疗)和观察组(40例,常规药物+重组人干扰素α1b治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的TNF-α、CRP、INF-γ、CD8^(+)及PaCO_(2)水平明显低于常规组,CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)及MPAP水平明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的咳嗽、咳痰、喘憋、发热及肺啰音完全消失时间均明显短于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入重组人干扰素α1b治疗小儿腺病毒肺炎的效果显著,可改善患儿的免疫功能和肺功能,减轻炎症反应。 Objective To analyze the effect of nebulized inhalation of recombinant human interferonα1b in the treatment of children with adenovirus pneumonia and its influence on serum CRP and TNF-αlevels.Methods A total of 80 children with adenovirus pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into conventional group(40 cases,conventional drug treatment)and observation group(40 cases,conventional drug+recombinant human interferonα1b treatment)according to the treatment plan.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP,INF-γ,CD8^(+)and PaCO_(2) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),SaO_(2),PaO_(2) and MPAP were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The complete disappearance time of cough,sputum expectoration,wheezing,fever and pulmonary rales in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nebulized inhalation of recombinant human interferonα1b in the treatment of children with adenovirus pneumonia has a significant effect,which can improve the immune function and pulmonary function of the children,and alleviate the inflammatory response.
