基于微信平台的持续性信息支持结合循环加压冷疗系统干预对下肢开放性骨折钢板外固定术后患者下肢功能、血清疼痛介质及健康知信行水平的影响

Effects of continuous information support based on WeChat platform combined with circulatory compression cold therapy system intervention on lower limb function,serum pain media and health knowledge,belief and practice levels in patients with open fracture of lower limb after plate external fixation

目的探究基于微信平台的持续性信息支持结合循环加压冷疗系统干预在下肢开放性骨折钢板外固定术后的应用效果。方法选择2019年6月至2021年8月我院接收的80例行钢板外固定术的下肢开放性骨折患者为研究对象,根据临床护理方案将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上开展基于微信平台的持续性信息支持结合循环加压冷疗系统干预。比较两组的下肢感觉功能及运动功能、血清疼痛介质水平、健康知信行水平、自我管理能力。结果干预后,两组的下肢感觉功能、运动功能评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的血清SP、PGE2、β-EP水平均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的知识、信念、行为评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的下肢康复锻炼、定期复查、遵医服药、术后防护技能评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的持续性信息支持结合循环加压冷疗系统干预用于下肢开放性骨折钢板外固定术后患者护理中,可促进患者下肢功能恢复,缓解疼痛程度,提高其健康知信行水平及自我管理能力。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous information support based on WeChat platform combined with circulatory compression cold therapy system intervention after plate external fixation.Methods Eighty patients with open fracture of lower limb who underwent plate external fixation in our hospital from June 2019 to August2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the clinical nursing plan,with 40 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,and the observation group carried out continuous information support based on WeChat platform combined with circulatory compression cold therapy system on this basis.The sensory function and motor function of lower limb,serum pain medium levels,health knowledge,belief and practice level and self-management ability were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the sensory function and motor function scores of lower limb in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of serum SP,PGE2 andβ-EP in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of knowledge,belief and practice of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of lower limb rehabilitation exercise,regular reexamination,medical compliance and postoperative protection skill of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous information support based on WeChat platform combined with circulatory compression cold therapy system intervention applied in the nursing of patients with open fracture of lower limb after plate external fixation can promote the recovery of lower limb function,relieve the degree of pain,and improve health knowledge,belief and practice level and self-management ability.
