Objective:To study the antibacterial effects in vitro of Xianfang Huoming Yin(仙方活命饮)on escherichia coli and klebsiella pneumoniae, and explore the possible mechanism of Xianfang Huoxing Yin in therapy of encircling lesion with drugs on the perianal inflammatory mass. Methods:Xianfang Huoming Yin for drinking,water-soluble free-decocted granules, and vinegar-soluble decoctedfree granules were used in the experimental group, and levofloxacin injection was used in the control group. The MIC test and Oxford Cup experiment were used to observe the effects on antibacterial and minimum inhibitory concentration. Results:Neither Xianfang Huoming Yin decoction pieces nor water-soluble free-decocted granules have antibacterial effects on the above two bacteria.Compared with klebsiella pneumonia,Xianfang Huoming Yin for drinking can slow down the growth rate of escherichia coli;vinegar-soluble decocted-free granules of Xianfang Huoming Yin can inhibit the growth of escherichia coli and klebsiella pneumoniae, with MIC values of 20 mg/mL and 40 mg/mL,respectively.Conclusion:The mechanism of vinegar-adjusted external application of Xianfang Huoming Yin decoction-free granules on perianal inflammatory masses may be related to the improvement of the microenvironment for the growth of pathogenic bacteria, the regulation of local pH,the improvement of local immune function of the wound, and the improvement of local blood circulation.
