1 case of recurrent miscarriage

复发性流产的治疗应遵循“经调而子嗣”及“孕前调理、孕后保胎”的原则,孕前辨证调经促孕,孕后辨证保胎。治疗过程应注重理论与临床的结合,根据病机变化适时调整,如“久病易瘀”,故经期给予平和之活血化瘀之剂去浊生新;平素湿热内盛,因孕前月经不调及多次清宫而“久病及肾”,又胞络者系之于肾,脾胃为后天之源,给予补肾健脾、清热以安胎。

The treatment of recurrent miscarriage should follow the principle of“differentiating symptoms before pregnancy to promote pregnancy,and to prevent fetus after pregnancy”.The treatment process should focus on the combination of theory and practice,and the treatment plan should be adjusted in time according to the changes in the pathogenesis.Patients with chronic illness and easy stasis are given menstrual activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis;patients with chronic diseases and kidneys are given kidneytonifying and spleen-tonifying,heat-clearing and anti abortion treatment.
