浅析孙增涛教授辨治慢性咳嗽用药经验

Clinical experience of Professor SUN Zengtao in treating chronic cough

慢性咳嗽病因复杂,经久难愈。中医药辨证施治慢性咳嗽从整体观念出发,具有明显的优势。孙增涛教授根据慢性咳嗽的特点以及临床用药经验,认为慢性咳嗽的病因病机仍多与风邪相关,临床治疗上常从风邪角度出发,辨证施治相结合,常常能够收到满意的疗效。笔者跟师学习,将导师辨治慢性咳嗽的经验总结如下。

The cause of chronic cough is complicated,and the condition is protracted and difficult to heal.Based on TCM syndrome differentiation,treating chronic cough from the overall concept shows obvious advantages.According to the characteristics of chronic cough and clinical medication experience,Professor SUN Zengtao believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic cough are still related to wind pathogens,and clinical treatment often starts from the perspective of wind pathogens,combines with TCM syndrome differentiation and treament,and can often receive satisfactory results.The author learned from the teacher and summarized the experience of the teacher in treating chronic cough as follows.
