中医证型与冠状动脉造影的相关性研究进展

A review on the correlation between TCM syndrome types and coronary angiography

近年来随着临床检测手段的不断发展与进步,新的诊断指标也随之出现,不过关于中医辨证分型的客观化研究仍有不足。冠状动脉造影在临床工作中被认为是判断冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的“金标准”,较为可靠。文章为了总结及研究中医证型与冠状动脉造影结果之间的相关性,从中医证型与冠状动脉病变积分的关系、冠状动脉造影的狭窄程度与中医证型的关系、冠状动脉造影的病变支数与中医证型的关系、中医证型与血浆促动脉硬化指数的关系等方面出发,展开综述。

In recent years,with the continuous development and advancement of clinical testing methods,new diagnostic indicators have also appeared,but the objective research on TCM syndrome types is still insufficient.Coronary angiography was considered to be the“gold standard”for judging coronary heart disease in clinical work,and it was relatively reliable.In this article,the relationship between TCM syndrome types and coronary artery lesion scores,the relationship between the degree of stenosis of coronary angiography and TCM syndrome types,the relationship between the number of lesions of coronary angiography and TCM syndrome types,and the relationship between TCM syndrome types and plasma pro-arteriosclerosis index has been reviewed,in order to summarize and study the correlation between TCM syndromes and coronary angiography results.
