基于脾肾论治骨质疏松症探讨Wnt/β-catenin对骨代谢的影响

Exploring the effects of Wnt/β-catenin on bone metabolism of osteoporosis patients from the perspective of spleen-kidney

中医以辨证论治为基本的诊疗原则,遵循人与自然是一个有机整体的观念,但是缺乏解释其作用机制的客观分子生物学依据。Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路是骨代谢研究史上的重大发现,是研究中医药防治骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)及探索中医药分子作用机制的关键点和突破点,从脾肾论治OP的效应可通过该信号通路所传递的信号表达。基于此,文章将从OP的病因、发病机制和治法方药方面对骨代谢过程中Wnt/β-catenin信号通路调控的影响展开综述,为中医治疗OP提供生物学依据。

Traditional Chinese medicine takes‘syndrome differentiation and treatment’as the basic principle of diagnosis and treatment.It follows the overall concept that human beings and nature are an organic whole,but there is a lack of objective molecular biological basis to explain its mechanism of action.The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is a major discovery in the history of bone metabolism research.It is a key point and breakthrough point in studying the prevention and treatment of OP and exploring the molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacology.The effect of treating OP from the spleen and kidney can be expressed through the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.Based on this,the influences of OP’s etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment methods on the regulation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in the process of bone metabolism will be described in this article,in order to provide a biological basis for treating OP in traditional Chinese medicine.
