摘要
针对哈密大南湖二号露天煤矿火烧区内存在的烧变岩采用现有的穿孔设备施工时,钻具抽取后就塌孔,成孔率很低,爆破难度大、效果差等问题;提出了改进钻孔设备及钻杆、钻头材料的耐磨性,延长了钻杆和钻头使用寿命;并在钻孔成形后及时进行泥浆护壁,保证了成孔率,通过采用合理的台阶高度、孔网参数、孔径及钻机设备,有效防止了炮孔坍塌,确保了钻孔成孔率,从而保证了爆破效果,满足挖运标准,施工后达到了矿山标准化要求。
In view of the burning rock in Dananhu No.2 Open-pit Coal Mine of Hami,when the existing perforation equipment is used for construction,the hole will collapse after drilling tool is extracted,and the hole formation rate is very low,and the blasting is difficult and the effect is poor.This article proposes to improve the wear resistance of drill pipe,drill material,prolongs the service life of drill pipe and drill bit.The drilling is formed in a timely manner to ensure the hole rate.By adopting the reasonable bench height,network parameters,pore size and drilling equipment,we effectively prevent the hole collapse,to ensure the drilling hole rate,ensure the drilling and blasting effect,which meet the standards of excavation and transportation,and meet the requirements of mine standardization after construction.
