摘要
介绍了矿用新型无机防灭火材料的特性及防火机理、通过自然堆放和碾压堆放喷涂实验对比,测试了煤堆内部温度变化规律,有效验证了该材料在露天剥离回采回填开采方式中的防火效果。工程实施应用证明:剥离开采过程中对含有自燃煤层边坡、台阶部位采用KXW-1型矿用新型无机防灭火材料进行喷涂施工,防火效果良好。
This article introduces the characteristics and fire prevention mechanism of the new inorganic fire prevention and extinguishing material used in mine.Through the comparison of natural stacking and rolling stacking spraying experiments,we test temperature change law inside the coal pile,and effectively verify the fire prevention effect of the material in the open-pit stripping and backfilling mining method.The application of the project proves that kxw-1 new inorganic fire-fighting material is applied to the slope and bench of spontaneous combustion coal seam in the stripping process,and the fire prevention effect is good.
