为了提高黑岱沟露天矿和哈尔乌素露天矿主要采掘设备WK-55电铲的可出动率,分析了该设备在运行中频繁出现回转失控故障的现象及原因,并且针对性地提出了具体的维修方案和措施。现场运行结果表明维修方案的有效实施,可极大地缓解电铲回转失控故障。

In order to improve the operation rate of WK-55 electric shovel,the article analyzes the phenomenon and causes of the frequent out of control rotary failure of the equipment in operation,and puts forward specific maintenance schemes and measures.The field operation results show that the effective implementation of the maintenance scheme can greatly alleviate the out of control rotary failure of the electric shovel.
