“智能化”钻机,能够自动采集数据、判别钻机运行状态,自动完成接卸钻杆的全部动作流程,增加钻杆总长度,满足深孔穿凿的工作条件,分析了自动接卸钻杆装置的结构以及工作流程。现场的试验结果表明:该智能接卸杆装置工作智能且可靠,对“智能化”钻机的发展和建设“智慧矿山”将起到极大的促进作用。

The"intelligent"drill can automatically collect data,judge drill running state,automatically finish the all operation of drill pipe discharge process,increase the total length of drill pipe,meet the deep hole create working conditions.This article analyzes the structure and work flow of the automatic drill pipe connecting and unloading device.Field experiments results show that the intelligent rod connecting and unloading device works intelligently and reliably,which will play a great role in promoting the development of the"intelligent"drilling machine and the construction of the"intelligent mine".
