摘要
为规范煤矿安全风险分级管控实际性应用,提升安全风险防控责任意识,通过对安全风险分级管控的体系与制度建设的规范性分析,并对风险辨识、评估、管控的实际应用错误总结与规范性指引,提出分类开展煤矿安全风险分级管控培训的重要性。结果表明:煤矿安全风险分级管控是1项大的体系工程,需要全员参与、协同构建、相互配合,不断总结完善、敢于创新改革、寻求持续改进,才能建立健全的1项系统工程。
In order to standardize the practical application of coal mine safety risk classification control,and improve the sense of responsibility for safety risk prevention and control,the article analyzes normative standardization of safety risk hierarchical control system and system construction,the actual application error summary and normative guidance of risk identification,assessment and control,and puts forward the importance of classified coal mine safety risk classification management and control training.The results show that the hierarchical management and control of coal mine safety risk is a large system engineering,which needs the participation of all staff,collaborative construction and mutual cooperation in order to establish a sound system engineering.
