Construction of Supply System of Movement Function Training for Home Sports under the Background of Rural Revitalization

后疫情时代,社会体育需求发生结构性变化,公共体育服务的供需出现新矛盾。为应对社会体育需求变局,提高公共体育服务供给效率,缓解体育服务供需新矛盾,通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法研究认为:建构居家体育之身体运动功能训练供给体系是缓解居家体育供需矛盾的社会要求,是身体运动功能训练基础性健身功能优势社会化的必然趋势,对个人、社会和国家都具有较强的重要性和必要性。在提出可操作性、安全性、循序渐进、兼容融合、全面促进、个性化方案的建构原则和体系的基础上,对居家体育之身体运动功能训练供给体系的社会效益进行了展望。

In the post-epidemic era,the demand for social sports has undergone structural changes,resulting in new contradictions between supply and demand of public sports services.In order to cope with the current changes in social sports demand and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of public sports services,this paper studies the theoretical logic of the construction of the supply system of movement function training of home sports through the methods of literature review and logical analysis.It is believed that the construction of the system is the social requirement to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of home sports and the necessity of socialization of the basic fitness function advantages of movement function training.However,the trend is of great importance and necessity for individuals,society and countries.It puts forward the construction principles of operability,security,step-by-step,compatibility and integration,comprehensive promotion and individualization,as well as the construction paths of system construction,supply mode,content selection and guarantee mechanism.Finally,the social benefits of the construction of the supply system of movement function training of home sports are prospected.
