摘要
介绍了昆山某精密机床加工车间增设空调系统改造设计,提出了非分层空调的气流组织方案。采用CFD模拟软件对该改造设计进行了模拟。改造后对厂房内的温度场进行了现场测试,实测数据验证了CFD模拟数据的有效性,同时2种数据均表明厂房内空调区域温度能达到设计要求。
This paper presents the additional air conditioning system design for a precision machining workshop,and proposes an air distribution scheme for the non-stratified air conditioning.The modified design is simulated by CFD simulation software.After the transformation,the temperature field in the workshop is tested on site.The measured data verifies the validity of the CFD simulation data.At the same time,both types of data show that the temperature of the air conditioning area in the workshop meets the design requirements.
