土壤中18种多氯联苯的气质联用法研究 被引量:1

摘要 方法:本研究采用快速溶剂萃取,用丙酮-正己烷(体积比1∶1)作为提取溶剂,气相色谱-质谱法测定土壤中18种多氯联苯。结果显示:根据本文实验条件得到的方法检出限为0.3~0.7μg/kg,测定下限为1.2~2.8μg/kg。当实际土壤中加标浓度为6、10、14μg/kg时,加标回收率分别为85.8%~107.5%、79.5%~106.4%、76.1%~87.6%,相对标准偏差为2.3%~7.1%、1.3%~5.8%、0.4%~10.0%。结论:较低的检出限,良好的准确度和精密度以及快速便捷的操作,使得本方法适用于土壤中多氯联苯的大批量测定。 Method, In this study, 18 polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in soil were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) after accelerated solvent extraction with acetone-hexane(1 ∶1 by volume) as extraction solvent. The results showed that the detection limit was 0.3 ~0.7μg/kg and the low limit of determination was 1.2~2.8μg/kg. The sample recoveries were 85.8%~107.5%, 79.5%~106.4%, 76.1%~87.6%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.3%~7.1%, 1.3%~ 5.8%, 0.4%~10.0% when the spiked concentrations were6, 10 and 14 μg/kg, respectively. Lonclusion: The low detection limit, good accuracy and precision, fast and convenient operation make this method suitable for the mass determination of PCBs in soil.
