浙石化原油结构及加工方案调整优化研究

摘要 浙江石油化工有限公司炼油芳烃事业部,2020年3月份开始各装置打通全流程。通过优化各种原油调和比例及原油加工顺序,使得计划周期内中间物料及产品库存可控、装置原料平稳。关键下游装置如蜡油加裂、催化、两套柴油加氢、石脑油加氢均保持100%以上负荷运行。同时为满足乙烯裂解对原料硫含量要求,及时调整原油调合比例控制拔头油硫含量,确保乙烯装置满负荷生产。实现全厂效益最大化。 In March 2020, the Aromatics Refining Division of zhejiang petrochemical Co., Ltd began to open the whole process of all devices in the Aromatics Refining Division No. 1.By optimizing the blending ratio of various crude oils and the processing sequence of crude oils, the inventory of intermediate materials and products is controllable and the raw materials of the plant are stable in the planning cycle.Key downstream devices such as wax oil cracking, catalysis, two sets of diesel hydrogenation, naphtha hydrogenation are maintained at more than 100%load operation.At the same time, in order to meet the requirement of raw material sulfur content for ethylene cracking, the crude oil blending proportion is adjusted in time to control the sulfur content of pullhead oil, so as to ensure the full load production of ethylene unit.To maximize the efficiency of the whole plant.
