立德树人是教育的根本。本文通过分析涉化类专业教师落实安全管理和安全教育责任,讨论高校涉化类专业教师落实"三全育人"的理论意义、现状分析及有效实践途径。分析高校安全教育的现状,提出解决思路,落实常态化安全教育理念,实现全方位育人。

Moral education is the foundation of Education. This work proposes the specific approaches and methods for implementing "Three-aspects Education", by analyzing the current state of laboratory safety education and management in universities. The establishment of a long-term effective mechanism for the three aspects education to implement moral education, has the important theory significance and the practice value forthe construction of universities and cultivation of talents.This paper analyzes the present situation of safety education in colleges and universities, puts forward some solutions, implements the idea of normal safety education, and realizes the all-round education.
